As a private caregiver, I understand the frustruations that come with working with "stubborn" or "difficult" personalities. I personally know all the work that goes into caring for someone that can no longer take care of themselves. Specially working with people that are in wheelchairs. Clean and friendly community!! The nursing team is very informative and the communication has been great Steve, Alex and Megs really put their heart and sole into the residents needs, Rodney the DON has a great vision around residents care as well. The caregivers are very compassionate and attentive. The employees are inept and treat residents horribly. Always on cells and neglected my mother.
