Stay as far away from here as possible. Manager, Rosie Perez, continually misspoke. She will promise you a particular apartment, If you don't get it in writing, it never was promised. Pulled a bait and switch, promised another apartment, same apartment had been promised to our neighbors. We go to office to discuss with Rosie, she is out to lunch. You must get it in writing or it never happened. Extremely unpleasant experience.
