I had a very bad experience with this title company. Their incompetence and lack of communication cost me extra fees. No, I would not recommend this title company to handle a real estate closing; there are so many better options. We are very sorry to hear that you are upset. The school tax you are referring to came out the week you moved in & the bill was not even available to pay. The settlement statement you signed at closing indicated this was your responsibility.
