If I could give this company a zero star I would. Service is not good at all. The owner do not know how to service the product he sales. Just lie about it. I would never ever purchase anything from this business again. Sorry service and very dishonest. A money grab business.
I had bad experience in that place when I left my John Deere mower. I told the guy in the front desk to call me before start working or replaced new parts they never call me until a week later and they said my John Deere is ready. They didn’t change any parts. He said I need to change the adjustment cable. It’s too short. And they still charge me $129.00 and the guys still say he’s still doing a favor to me that a rip off bad customer service be careful when you go in there just remember those guys get paid by the customers ... read more
Gravely tractor, Husqvarna stihl owner, have always had a good experience with Heritage. My Gravely has 500 hours on it and with pro support around the corner if feels like the only machine I’ll ever need. 12 years I’ve been mowing my yard on that machine and it busted a belt. I thought I had the replacement belt when they shifted models a few years back. Steve’s crew had me swapped and back at work before the weekend even got me the right belt.
