Staff was rude , I strongly do not recommend this company
We replaced all of our windows, including patio doors and also a front entry door with Heritage. Great experience from the sales to installation teams. Top quality products backed with top notch customer service. Highly recommend Heritage Renovations!
Edit- we had the window put in, it looks lovely, however the work quality has decreased since our last windows were installed. They slapped up an obscene amount of plaster on the interior and sanded it a bit. We were told they were not finishing the interior part, so I understand it was unfinished. But we had to undo the butcher job they started and start from scratch. It would have been better had they just left it. The underside of the window on the outside had an open space. The team was very good at communicating the process and on install day they were in and out in under 2.5 hours. The door looks and functions great
