I had an excellent experience getting my windows replaced recently. The sales estimator, Phil, was very friendly and took the time to explain which replacement windows would work best for each space in my house, including the placement and opening of the screens, and which colour trim would look best for the outside of my home. He was not pushy and I did not get the feeling I was being upcharged, unlike other estimates I’ve received prior to him from other window companies in the area. This is my second time using Heritage Windows and Doors. In 2021 we had 6 windows and 2 large patio doors installed, and they still look as good as new. We are also having 2 more doors installed in the near future and are confident with our choice. Pricing is fair and reasonable and they do not use those awful sales techniques of this price is only good for today. Would recommend using this company for any replacement windows and doors you may have.
