My fiance is here now and this place is disgusting. The floors are nasty dirty, it smells like feces, there was flies all over his room until I went a bought a fly strip. His roommate smells like weed. It stinks. It takes forever for a nurse or aid to come when the call button is pushed. At least on the weekend. He's supposed to be getting PT and hadn't received any. This place is FILTHY and the smell is horrible. The so called care they are providing is deplorable. I am writing an entire report to the health department. This place needs to be shut down. The people that work here need their licenses revoked or at least suspended while they retrain and pay fines or something. They should ALL be ashamed.

Great, friendly, attentive staff. Food is much better compared to other places I have seen. Served hot, and given alternatives if not happy with the menu. Great therapy, nursing, activities, management and kitchen staff.

My mother was sent to this awful place for a work related injury that resulted in a fractured pelvis. She was dropped off by the transportation driver and her cold dinner plate was waiting for her in her room. No one examined her to assess her needs and she wasn't provided a walker so when she wasn't able to get herself to the bathroom that night, she wet the bed and she layed in her own urine until I called them to clean her up the next am as no one had been in to check on her.
