Our visit to Heritage Recreation Center was a flop, at best. We went specifically to get some reps in on their baseball fields only to find every field chained up with "field closed" signs, one posted "permit required" sign as well. none of the stadium lighting in use. Not even any live grass to use without concrete patches in the middle of them. We were told they have free batting cages that we can pitch balls and hit, but that was another let down. Great for all activities. Good kid, park and paved walking trail. Good place to walk your pets.
