Avoid! – Avoid these people at all costs! I lived in the Morton complex (near Reaney Park) and the apartment was so dirty. Mold grew near the dryer and balcany door, BEFORE I even moved in. I didn't notice it at first, but if you were close to it, you can definitely smell the mold. The customer service is also poor. They act all nice, but they'll charge you $72 if you were a couple of hours late on the rent payment.
