Extremely difficult to do business with. Jeff was great however, Jennifer was a nightmare. Would go days without responding and I spent over a month trying to move forward with business. I informed Jennifer I needed a drawing of the layout in order to get the permit and at no point was it ever disclosed I need to sign the proposal to get the drawing. Jeff was phenomenal! 10/10 all the way. He went above and beyond for us. He explained it all so well with me afterwards. I cannot recommend enough.
I was not there when they started or finished. I was very happy with the installation it looked great hidden in the rafters of the Garage. Good job keep up the good work.
As you know the selling of your house is already stressful enough so when we found out we needed to get our passive radon system activated we were quite worried. I called 3 other business, all of which were short and kind of rude when I let them know our radon pipe was behind a wall in our basement. Not only that but the wait time to get them out here was crazy, especially with our closing deadline looming.
