I was not there when they started or finished. I was very happy with the installation it looked great hidden in the rafters of the Garage. Good job keep up the good work.
As you know the selling of your house is already stressful enough so when we found out we needed to get our passive radon system activated we were quite worried. I called 3 other business, all of which were short and kind of rude when I let them know our radon pipe was behind a wall in our basement. Not only that but the wait time to get them out here was crazy, especially with our closing deadline looming. Heritage was the last place I called and their customer service was friendly, informative and extremely responsive. We ... read more

Heritage Radon has been an excellent outfit to work with. Their front office staff is prompt to reply and very courteous! We had an appointment scheduled right away, and had a very clear understanding of the costs and work that was needed to be done. Jeff arrived early to get the job done and was thorough and efficient! He then walked me around the home explaining everything that he had done, and what to look for over time with the system.
