As you know the selling of your house is already stressful enough so when we found out we needed to get our passive radon system activated we were quite worried. I called 3 other business, all of which were short and kind of rude when I let them know our radon pipe was behind a wall in our basement. Not only that but the wait time to get them out here was crazy, especially with our closing deadline looming. Jeff did a fantastic job installing our radon mitigation system. He was fast, kind, efficient, neat, and pleasant. His solution to venting the radon was creative and well thought out in such a way that pipes did not take away from the appearance of our home. The service was much more affordable than we thought it would be. The basement even smells better. If we had known the experience would be this good we would have done it years ago! We highly recommend Heritage Radon!!
Heritage Radon has been an excellent outfit to work with. Their front office staff is prompt to reply and very courteous! We had an appointment scheduled right away, and had a very clear understanding of the costs and work that was needed to be done. Jeff arrived early to get the job done and was thorough and efficient!
