I live in Peachtree Commons and I cannot believe these people. They are all liars. Nothing has been fixed in my apartment since September. They come and look at the needed repairs and never come back I had a two hour meeting last Tuesday with Karen Reynolds who is the "manager" and she lied to me and my neighbor. since remodeling the apartments. They seem to want to forget that we are low income apartments. That older people and disabled live here.. The tile floors are not a good choice for these apartments. .

I AM A SUNRISE COMMONS RESIDENT AND I ADVICE EVERYBODY TO STAY AWAY AND DO NOT EVER RENT IN THIS BUILDING. LET ME START BY SAYING THAT VEHICLES HAVE BEEN STOLEN FROM THE PARKING LOT AND WINDOWS BROKEN ON SEVERAL VEHICLES,(ICLUDING MINE). I would tell everyone and anyone that Royal American Management is a SUPER shady business... just a bunch of old caty women that need to get out of High School. If you can rent with ANY other management group, go for it. This management group is a joke.
