The customer service here is possibly the worst I’ve ever had. I was YELLED at without any reason. I called asking for some help to get an appointment and the woman on the phone screamed at me asking if I was part of the group and when I would fix it if I wasn’t. I didn’t even have a chance to mention the doctors name nor was I on the phone longer than 10 seconds with her.
