I absolutely do not recommend it. I've been living here for 6 months, on the third floor, and since the day I moved in I've reported the presence of mice. Every month I supposedly get a visit from pest control and they leave traps and glue traps but to this day I haven't received any solution from the office except for answer the emails. Every month it gets worse, mice everywhere.
Been here for around two years. Rent went up after the first year but it's still fairly reasonable. This was my first time renting, and it's been a good experience so far. :)
Been here since April 2024. Beautiful, quiet area and nice cozy apartment (a couple of little things wrong with the plumbing but nothing major). One thing I will say is that I'm NOT paying 75$ for the pool key they say is "missing" when I know for a fact I put in the rent box in building 18. If that means I can't swim in that cheap ass little pool next summer then so be it 🤣
Been here a little over 2 years never had a problem when I needed things fixed they were very quick about it plus the pool is really great . I take my granddaughter to the pool when I I have her. Gretchen was a great help when we first went looking . The only thing I miss is not having my cat that belonged to my Mom.
