Been here for around two years. Rent went up after the first year but it's still fairly reasonable. This was my first time renting, and it's been a good experience so far. :)
Been here since April 2024. Beautiful, quiet area and nice cozy apartment (a couple of little things wrong with the plumbing but nothing major). One thing I will say is that I'm NOT paying 75$ for the pool key they say is "missing" when I know for a fact I put in the rent box in building 18. If that means I can't swim in that cheap ass little pool next summer then so be it 🤣
Been here a little over 2 years never had a problem when I needed things fixed they were very quick about it plus the pool is really great . I take my granddaughter to the pool when I I have her. Gretchen was a great help when we first went looking . The only thing I miss is not having my cat that belonged to my Mom.
They discriminate against people with disabilities They said it's they're policy. I am contacting the people with disabilities for the state of Massachusetts and making them aware. If what this property is doing to people
