I thoroughly enjoyed living with Heritage Properties. The office staff was very attentive, and took care of all needs on time. I would definitely recommend living at one of their locations. Im not quite sure why others gave such a negative review.
I will never again rent from heritage properties.
Same experience -- wanted a 3 month lease, they did change the rules after hurricane victims and made us sign 6 mo. also. Terrible company to deal with.
Cambridge just makes up its prices depending on how well you know the office workers, or rather which one youre dating... (I think only men get discounts) Heritage knows how horrible Cambridge is and really doesnt care.. guess they got their money. NEVER RENT FROM HERITAGE PROPERTIES
