I ordered tanks for the company I work for and six weeks later still have not received them Customer service ended up hanging up on me!! Horrible experience and horrible customer service!!
Heritage was decent but Amerigas bought them out several years ago and now they are horrible. Their auto-refill technology does not work and they consistently let the tank go to zero. It is difficult to reach them by phone and their customer chat functionality is barely passable.
We have an booked airbnb without heating right now in 28 degree weather. We paid for expedited service early yesterday and the didn’t come out today.
I put in a request for delivery 2 weeks ago. I called 3 times and they were never able to even schedule a delivery for my propane. I had 5% in my tank. When I asked if the could try to schedule I was told that they couldn't do anything until we were at 0%. Completely unprofessional and horrible customer service. Happy to say I have cancelled my services with this company.
This company should be rich, over priced and then want to charge $300 for expediating. You won't be in business much longer...
