Bad customer service. Avoid at all costs!
Horrible horrible horrible. Do not use if you don't have to. Waited two days for scheduled delivery because an adult "had to be present" for Leak Check ($140). When driver finally arrived she said she was not doing one! So we canceled plans to make sure an adult was present for NOTHING! When I contacted customer service to make sure we were not charged for the Leak check ($140) rep stated it was mandatory and we would be charged. Terrible customer service. They do not care about their customers. Heritage was decent to work with but when Amerigas bought them out, I have only been disappointed. Will always steer people clear of Amerigas.
They have been good to us. We've never been without gas. I only wish they could do something with the monthly plan so payment don't change every three months.
The delivery was just a few days after placing the order, and the driver was very friendly. A job well done!
