Easy to order tank refill and timely delivery
let me deal directly with the local company ... we had much faster service before corporate got involved.
Poor communication and customer service repesentative located in Narobi, Kenya. After multiple phone calls and request to speak to supervisor was finally able to get a local district service representative to resolve our issue
Would have been a zero star rating! Worst customer service handled by a call center somewhere other than the USA! 10 plus day for delivery with guaranteed time or date! Urgent delivery add $300 dollar flat fee to that with also no timeframe for delivery! And because I have a duel fuel package unit and don’t use much propane a year because it’s over two years they want another $150 to do a leak check! Unreal so $650 dollars to get 100 gallons of propane what a joke! I’m calling anyone else locally owned to take over our accou... read more
