The driver did a very poor job of delivering my gas. He cut ruts into the area opposite of where the gas tank was located. I reported the problem, and NO ONE notified me about repairing the wheel tracks. I was told by your representative that I would be notified, but I never was. Had the driver called me as I instructed, this would have never happened.
Amerigas has skipped deliveries to us in the past (we are supposed to have automatic delivery), causing us to run out of propane in the dead of winter MULTIPLE TIMES. Twice we have had to move our family of seven into multiple hotel rooms for several days because their customer service is atrocious. Impossible to reach anyone within the US to provide any real help.
Ameriga gas is a great company; however I don't understand why it takes so long to receive an order after placing it. Great company to work with.
