We prepaid for our gas 2onths ago ,it was supposed to be here 4 days ago and wheny wife called you all ,u told her he was in route , route to where,cause it wasn't here, Where's my damn gas I paid for? I have now a little over 2% now you only get popped your butts and start delivering fuel and who's your drivers and who owns this
After spending nearly 15 minutes calling 2 times I gave up and ordered gas from another provider, their automated system kept hmgoing in circles and all I wanted was price, how long for delivery, id a company can't hire people to answer phones Im not dealing with them
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. AmeriGas missed my delivery window after I paid for expedited delivery, delivered propane into the wrong tank, and repeatedly failed to correct basic account information despite me calling over and over with clear, accurate directions. My account is mislabeled online, showing incorrect tank sizes.
