I’ve been trying to get a delivery for almost a month now. They keep saying it’s been rescheduled or no one was home. Everyone in my house is over 18 and someone is always home. I can’t get ahold of the local office to find out what’s going on. It’s sad that I’ve already paid and get what I paid for.
I ordered a gas delivery on January 4, they said it would be delivered Jan 13-16. On the 15th I got an email saying it would not be delivered on the 16th- no explanation! Then I got an email saying the delivery would be the 16th - 18th. The 18th is almost over and no delivery. Almost out of gas to heat the house! Called the company several times and they are of zero help and can't give us any information.
Fast friendly service, online ordering, they always make sure my gate is secured when they are done.
I inadvertently allowed my tank to get near zero. I called for a refill and explained that I was about out and needed a quick refill. Your agent understood my plight and had a serviceman at my home the very next morning. Superb, professional and speedy service!
