After 15 years of service, Amerigas refused to refill my tank during the coldest period of winter, leaving me with no heat and requiring extended stay at hotel. Never missed a payment during those 15 years. Would not recommend business with Amerigas.
Not greatest service. It was better before they bought out the previous company. Late delivery and almost ran out of gas. Had to call daily to get any information. Some of them had an accent making it harder to understand. They never really had an answer. Miss Heritage Propane.
Received my tank fillup before winter storm hit and was expecting to get it the following week.
Amerigas didnt do what I have found to be the industry standard- bait with low first fill and then get you with huge price increase later. Amerigas/Heritage Propone is honorable and fair. Please call them so you will be treated fairly.
