Good communication about the delivery plus details of the refill. Both were greatly appreciated.
Lost over 80 gallons to an LP leak, amerigas took over a week to come out and fix it. Offered 10 gallons compensation after repeatedly emailing them. No one will call me as requested.
Went 2 months in cold weather with no propane ! Cant get anyone to return phone calls after setting me back over 7 grand to replace pipe when it was actual tank the entire time !
you were on time and the driver did a great job, but the gauge on my tank isn't working. I ask the driver to check, and he agreed it isn't working and was going to put a work order in that day to have it replaces and I haven't heard back, and no one has stopped by to replace it. your help would be appreciated.
