Worst propane company in the upstate! My bill has always been consistently the same and then I get a bill double what it ALWAYS is. After several phone calls and wasted time still no solution or fix. So human error on their side of business is costing my 900 bucks. Also was supposed to “investigate” and call me back within 72 hours. That’s been 3 weeks ago and still waiting on that follow up call. Avoid this company if you have other options. This place only has a call center that have no idea what they are talking about. Can not call the store to ask question. Hard to do business with.
Horrible company, they deserve zero stars Trying to charge me $420 to remove their tank!!! Never again Amerigas 5 years of being a customer and this is how I’m thanked!!
The worst service I've ever received. I've been trying to get a propane gas delivery to my house for over 10 days, and this company has no idea why the technicians don't arrive, and the online service is even worse. If you have another option, please do not use this company.
