If I could rate them lower than a one-star I would my family and I ran out of propane on Saturday we called they were going to charge us $225 to deliver told us to call back on Monday we called Monday morning at 8 a.m. they charged us $125 to deliver in a 3 to 5 day timeframe it is now Monday a week later we still have no propane and no one will return our call! We have been with them for about 7 years. Paid the highest price about 12-1600 dollars a year until January 2017. I went to negotiate price and they dropped it to 1.99 a gallon in January and said that was my price since we had been loyal and spent a lot of money. They honored this rate again in august and then when January 2018 came around they got amnesia! I went to resolve issue and they don't understand how I got that price ?? get you in on low price, then goes up .and fill your tank at the highest price .we are on year round usage. never seams to work out , with my usage to get nothing but the highest price of the year . they stretch refill out to fit them. not good!!!
