After over 25 years of being a customer and paying on time AMERIGAS treated me horribly this past year, by changing our agreed upon contract. And now they want to charge me to switch vendors. Switching to OFF SHORE customer service has the made process of communicating with AMERIGAS harder, and many times, can not understand the language. I have had to be hold for over 30 minutes 3 times this last year trying to straight things out, and still no luck. Cannot talk to anyone in the USA. Been a customer for 25 years before Amerigas. They have no concerns for loyalty. Can care less about your concerns. Save yourself and check other companies first.

Followed instructions that were left by the tanks, made it worth wild.
You may accurately believe that you own your tank, but when a spouse dies in whose name the delivery contract had been, and you switch the contract into your own name ((good luck with that - they asked for and received the death certificate more than once and even after that Amerigas never closed the loop and failed to deliver until subfreezing temps and no gas in tank last winter)) so UNDER DURESS you have no choice but to DocuSign their new contract without the 10 pages of paper in front of you as your 88 year old mother h... read more
