I have had 3 scheduled deliveries of propane (March 2024, October 2024, December 2024) that were significantly outside the promised delivery window. I received calls the night before the delivery was supposed to be made but the drivers just never showed up and I had to spend hours on hold with offshore customer service only to be told the delivery "is on the way and will arrive soonest". Horrible customer service. Ever since Amerigas bought them out you can no longer get in contact with the local office. All calls get routed overseas. Customer service basically looks up the same information as a customer can on their online account. No further info to provide and they cannot even contact the local office - or so they say. My delivery has been pushed every day now for 5 days and we have finally run out of Propane. I cannot get specific answers from customer service - no Help at all. So frustrating. These guys are HORRIBLE!! Didn’t show up on there delivery date & Every time you call you get transferred to the Philippines! Generator is running out of gas and they don’t answer their phone!!! Horrible!
Have had the displeasure of trying to deliver to this company for my work, they are impossible to actually get ahold of. In no way will you be able to call them, communication is key with business like these. How can they be a good business if they dont even want to talk to their customers?
