We ordered our propane and were given a ballpark delivery time but weeks went by, then over a month. I kept calling and I was told they were getting new customers and it was rescheduled. 5 different reschedule dates and still no propane. The driver said he could not make it up our driveway and yet when I called to switch propane companies they arrived in 2 days to pick up their tank. Predatory billing practices.
We ran out of fuel in Jan. during a major cold spell. We contacted Amerigas for some fuel to which we were told only emergencies were being filled. It would cost us an EXTRA $300 to have an emergency supply. We paid the extra $300 and still DID NOT receive any fuel and NO followup from the company. We did get the funds returned but felt the lack of customer service and communication was unacceptable in which we decided to discontinue our services with your company.
Took 2 months to get our propane fueled and we are new customers.
