I placed an order on Feb. 11th. My delivery has never taken more than 5 days in the past. I noted that our tank only had 15 %. Amerigas did not schedule my delivery until Feb 24-Mar.04. I called them back to let them know that we were below 10%, and Amerigas tried to assure me that I have enough gas in the tank to last until.my refill. My father is 92. He was told his delivery would be by January 9. It's now the 22nd and he still hasn't gotten it. We've made multiple calls and get the run around everytime. His tank is on fumes.
Still hasn't come and got their tank yet. 7 months. Please come and get it an eye sore.
The local delivery drivers are great, but the company and customer service center is TERRIBLE. I’m constantly having to pay ridiculous fees and being told the delivery frame is different from what’s listed on my account. I’ve paid additional fees to have my order marked as urgent (Guaranteed within 1-2 days) and then being told it will be delivered several days later…It’s ridiculous what kind of trouble my family and I have experienced with Amerigas.
Everything went fine. Had no problems. Was respectful and because I had the dogs up didn’t try to pet just let them be.
