Heritage Pools in Powell, TN started opening our pool. They took the weights off of the liner, THEN put a hose on top of the liner to drain it. Jason, told me the liner had a hole in it. However, showed me the hole, and also the water underneath the liner his words “oh good, it’s not that bad! You can see the bottom of the pool. Excellent service and knowledgable. Going anywhere else is a waste of your money.
