Don t waste your money. These apartments are infested with roaches. I lived here for two months two long. There were roach tracks all over the walls, inside the dishwasher, which did not work. Mildew around the bath tub, even each of the blinds had roach tracks. My son and I took the screws out of the plug sockets and a pile of dead roaches fell out. The laundry facility is never cleaned.
