Nice townhouses, Office staff is really helpful!
My lease is coming to an end and my experience living here has been the worst. Feels like a never ending nightmare. Sewer problems, to bugs infections, to random kids all over the streets, and to parking problems. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and never lease from this office.
No se por dónde empezar puros problemas desde que me mudé aquí los vecinos que llevan tiempo se creen dueños de los parqueaderos y la oficina se preocupa más por lo de afuera que por adentro del apartamento, está podrido de cucarachas 🪳 y ratones 🐁 muy viejo, a mi no me dejan poner mi cámara en la pared de afuera, me mandaron un papel para que lo quite y a los demás vecinos no veo que quiten sus cámaras también, yo ya había vivido aquí antes por 5 años y nunca tuve problemas con ellos y si me salí es por que aparecieron pl... read more
Everyone has their own experiences! Josseline and Sonia have made this easy since the touring process. I moved in two months ago and my ac has went out twice. Froilan came in the second time and got it fixed and no issues since then. Josseline is always quick to make sure I’m settled when something arises and that’s all I can ask for as a tenant
I just moved in two weeks ago and it was very easy with the application process. When living here for a very short time, I had some concerns and everything was taking care of quickly. I am a very happy tenant and now I can relax and enjoy my new home. A huge thank you to Sonia and Josseline for making this possible for me. I appreciate you both and your work does not go un-notice.
