My lease is coming to an end and my experience living here has been the worst. Feels like a never ending nightmare. Sewer problems, to bugs infections, to random kids all over the streets, and to parking problems. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and never lease from this office.

Everyone has their own experiences! Josseline and Sonia have made this easy since the touring process. I moved in two months ago and my ac has went out twice. Froilan came in the second time and got it fixed and no issues since then. Josseline is always quick to make sure I’m settled when something arises and that’s all I can ask for as a tenant
I just moved in two weeks ago and it was very easy with the application process. When living here for a very short time, I had some concerns and everything was taking care of quickly. I am a very happy tenant and now I can relax and enjoy my new home. A huge thank you to Sonia and Josseline for making this possible for me. I appreciate you both and your work does not go un-notice. Clean and friendly neighborhood. Fast on maintenance and rooms are very spacious. Highly recommended. Sonia and Josseline in the office are super friendly and very helpful. They helped my mother and I fill out the application for the apartment and went above and beyond to make sure it was submitted correctly. Definitely satisfied with the new home.
