Omg so I spent hours trying to unblock the toilet ...James comes in and it took him 2 minutes literally what a legend!! Thank you for your efficiency and great work I would recommend this company to everybody!! Oh and Dylan thank you so much for getting everything sorted so quickly appreciate it!!
Spoke with Dylan recently and really appreciated his customer service. Prompt, honest and genuine.
We needed two sets of bathroom taps (already purchased) replaced and a leaking toilet cistern repaired. I rang Heritage on Wednsesday (13th May) at 11am and was told they could have James out by 2pm. After finishing a job, James rang us to say he was on his way and promtply turned up just after 2pm.( It is this communication between tradesman, and client that makes for good customer service) It was great to see James again he did a great job for us. Ｉbooked hot water unit inspection service, James came and well done the job very professional to check and clean inside including Installed insulation sleeve to exposed hot water pipework where required to ensure compliance, so if future need to change hot water unit will still use this heritage plumbing company。
