My husband goes to Dr.Mensour. We see other complaints about the time spent for an apptmt, my husband also has to wait usually around an hour to to see the doctor. Initially he saw Dr. Mebrek, who is a lovely woman that cares about her patients and takes time to talk about health and things to improve health. She seems very smart and compassionate and professional. A couple of years ago Dr. Mebrek was away for a while so my husband switched to Dr. Mensour. poor service at the reception. administrators are not attentive. called a week in advance to cancel the appointment, rescheduled the appointment for another day, as a result the administrator did not cancel the appointment and presented me with a large bill. now I have to pay because of the administrator's mistake
Dr.mansoor is very rude. He should study first how to talk to a pregnant lady . Waiting time was more than 1hour. When my wife asked him about Waiting time at first few minutes he was just making faces and rolling eyes didn't say any word atleast for few minutes. And asked us what was the question.. ? Instead of apologies he was making excuses that he had not took his lunch yet and said "i am tired ".. and started to make arguments with my pregnant wife.
