Although this facility was unfortunately unable to meet our current needs, I was exceptionally impressed with the staff and with the tour. The facility was clean and well cared for. Residents were out and about and social. Menu looks great and in general this place seems like it would be worth the wait (current wait list for a room is about 1 year). The staff at Heritage Place are exceptional! My parents moved in almost a year ago and have come to call it home. My family rests easy knowing they are in a safe and well staffed environment who take wonderful care of our parents.

We are very thankful we found Heritage Place for our dad/grandfather. It is a wonderful and cozy place. We like that it's not too big so it feels personal and homey. It is clean and always smells good and it feels like a real home, not a "facility". The staff always goes above and beyond to help the residents with kindness and patience. We love Sara, Sheila, Erika, Cindy, Samantha, Daniel, Paul, Junne and Jayflor. We moved my very independent mom into Heritage Place early this year after she unfortunately fell and broke her hip on Christmas Day. She also suffered a small stroke after her hip surgery. It has been a challenging transition for all of us, however the staff at HP have definitely helped make the move as easy as possible. Mom loves the food!
