It takes for ever to reach my assocation, press 2 then press 2 again, then I have to listen to the whole list which is very long and after all this headach, it says all reps are busy.. leave a message.. they sent an email asking for aprrovel to give new keys to our tenant but the email is (NO REPLY) and the phone number is a nightmere to reach some one. This is a big waist of time and redclus system, no name on the email no extention no email address to send the approval. Too bad unqulifid people runing the show

The board has power over everything you do and will not listen once they have made up their mind. They have made the personal decision to eventually cut down every single tree after neglecting them, also without properly removing the stumps to replant anything. Wont let you plant or replant in the first place. They make decisions without the community’s knowledge or input and make you pay for it regardless of your feelings. Do not ever move here if you want your voice to be heard.
