My father currently stays here. His name is Bill. He is the kindest soul one could ever encounter. He is an educated, articulate, and brilliant man. He has advanced frontal lobe dementia and has lost his ability to do anything on his own. He has a loving family in constant contact with him. We have trusted this facility to take care of our loved one and they have failed on every facet. The care and kindness shown to my husband and me has meant so much to me! It is hard to leave my husband anywhere but the choice we made to choose Heritage was the right choice .

I would not rate this place. I would not suggest this place to anybody. They’re very rude disrespectful especially the nurse and the lady at the front desk you go in and the smell was overwhelming. Nobody seems to do their job. The nurse wants to put blame on other people and taking responsibility for her own actions and you just don’t approach family like the nurse approach the family and tell people that that your family member needs to be put in in a nursing home and don’t need to be there because they won’t comply With c... read more
