The buffalo chicken pizza is incredible. Seriously. But oddly enough, that’s not why this is a 5-star review. I recently moved to Altoona and quickly discovered a tragic problem: apparently hard scooped ice cream is an endangered species around here. Everywhere I looked, it was soft serve.
