While Heritage Pines in a beautiful community with many superb amenities and residents, the management team is horrible. There is significant staff turnover, especially in the kitchen, with several chief chefs coming and going over a very short period of time. Management is not especially responsive to reasonable resident suggestions/complaints, including some involving personal safety, uses speed traps to enforce a ridiculous 15-mile an hour speed limit, and often refuses to enforce rules and regulations.
