It is the worst company to ask for any part you need, the customer service is terrible one Gina or China yelled at me because I asked him to fix my account, they charged me double for a single order that was made and now it's my turn wait for them to solve it and my bank is overdrawn because they took 452 dollars more than the order was Very bad the terrible service I do not recommend that they buy here
BE WARE TO THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY TO ALEX CARDENAS THE INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE..AFTER THEY GET THE MONEY AND SHIPMENTS FEE HE WILL LEAVE YOU NOTHING AND HE WILL NOT REPLY TO YOUR EMAIL ANYMORE..
Buyer beware. The phone help is wonderful. The delivery of parts is very fast. HOWEVER; when the part comes broken, communication breaks down and policies are not buyer friendly. You must pay for your part again to be reshipped (even when they ask for a photo) and upon recall to check on your credit(days later) no one knows. Told it probably would take 2 weeks for a refund. One more thing for a small business owner to have to keep track of and check on.
