I have lived here for almost 5 years. Had no trouble at all with anyone until the latest landlord. She and my boyfriend got into an argument about the building we put up. When she didn’t win that argument, she kept on until she goaded him into an argument, so she could evict us. Never missed a payment, don’t owe any money, just evicted over her getting her feelings hurt. Just be careful not to make her mad, or you will be next. Don't live there but looking for a 3 bedroom mobile home to buy. Think this location would be good for me. Want 2 baths and nice porch.
I have been here almost 3 months and i absolutely love it. It is a safe and very clean park to home.
