I have been going to Heritage since 2008 for my bow purchases and services and I have always had a great experience. I bought my bow there as well as my son’s and my husband’s. Everyone who works there is so knowledgeable, patient and pleasant to work with. It is a 1.5 hour drive for me and I still make the drive every time because they’re worth it. Keep up the great customer service Mike and the team!
JJ and Adam had a great experience today! Mike and Louis run the best archery pro shop! They really take the time to work with you one on one and make sure your equipment is functioning properly. We never felt rushed or like we were inconveniencing them as they helped my son get set up with a new bow even though it’s a busy times of year! You would never get this type of service at a larger retailer. Thank you for your time and expertise. You both made a difference in a new hunters/ archers life!
Mike and Louis were excellent! I went in for a 1/2 hour one on one session and Mike fixed all the bad habits I learned in the last 20 years, made some adjustments to my bow, and didn’t let me leave until he was comfortable with my shooting. I highly recommend Heritage and their one on one training sessions, well worth it. I will be back for an hour session soon!
Mike is one of the most knowledgeable and best coaches you will find!! He can diagnose your shot in so many ways and does it in a way that is completely understandable. Please stop out and see Mike and the crew at Heritage Outdoor Sports!!
As a new archer or experienced archer you can rest assured this the place for you. As for me I felt very welcome and accepted by the staff at heritage with my limited experience and small amount of knowledge. I will be returning many times over the next few years for lessons, service, and new products as I grow.
