Very disappointed. No bedside respectable manner. Rude in the OR yelling out inappropriate personal information to staff. All while the doors are open to waiting patients. My stitches tore inside. The staples weren't all the way in. Very painful. No home care set up, left to my owe devices. My leg still isn't working right. I have constant pain. He blamed that on my back. The reception called while I was at work and I asked to get a call back or email. I never received the callback and they said their office is unable to send email? I have tried calling over 50+ times but they have their voicemail disconnected and the line is always busy. Not sure if I missed an appointment at this point as the clinic has been no help.
Friendly and helpful staff from both the office and my surgeon, Dr. Moran. I am grateful that I had Dr. Moran as my surgeon for my injury and he did a fantastic job for both the hardware install and removal of screws. He is a very knowledgeable and compassionate Dr. Who I would highly recommend. I would also recommend Heritage Orthopaedic group to anyone who has any sort of injury to their bones. Thank you for all of your guy's work!
Dr. Moran has been awesome from the start. He's friendly and knowledgeable. My operation went well, and the op area looks good. I was provided a thorough booklet regarding physio exercises to finish my recovery over the next several months. Although the office hours aren't the best, the staff has been excellent and accommodating when I need to book appointments.
