After a Rocky start trying to reconnect after 3 years, for help with a bad shoulder- a 2nd time appears to be the charm. Hopefully, the patience of the admin/front desk did not wear thin, after following all of their directives/ suggestions, and eventually getting to remake a former appointment. See you in June, very grateful to have been able to make this appointment with your staff. 🙏

I was so impressed by Dr Purnell! Very kind, compassionate and more importantly, very efficient and professional. I was in and out for carpel tunnel surgery within 45 min. Very impressed.

Very disappointed. No bedside respectable manner. Rude in the OR yelling out inappropriate personal information to staff. All while the doors are open to waiting patients. My stitches tore inside. The staples weren't all the way in. Very painful. No home care set up, left to my owe devices. My leg still isn't working right. I have constant pain. He blamed that on my back. While on the operation table he said he had to go check to see if the had the right size of hip joint. What??? It was too late, I was on the table with and... read more

The reception called while I was at work and I asked to get a call back or email. I never received the callback and they said their office is unable to send email? I have tried calling over 50+ times but they have their voicemail disconnected and the line is always busy. Not sure if I missed an appointment at this point as the clinic has been no help.
