I've gotten one old wool rug cleaned and two Kashmiri silk rugs repaired and cleaned (one major, one minor repair). Everything came out fantastic - the rugs look new again after 35 years of being neglected around the house. And the prices seemed very reasonable. The best part if the obvious pride they take in their work. Highly recommend for cleaning and repair and their shop is piled high with beautiful rugs that I assume might be for sale.
Our first time using Heritage and we couldn't be happier. Mr. Kakhi was very helpful and knowledgeable. He picked up and delivered our rug promptly. The cleaning was excellent. He answered all our questions patiently and thoughtfully. We will definitely use Heritage for our rug cleaning and repair going forward. Highly recommended!
I have used them for rug restoration and rug cleaning for the past 2 years. They have come to my house to pick up ballroom size rugs, and I have also dropped some off at the store. Each carpet has come out amazing. I had purchased one rug with dog and cat pee stains on them. The owner told me he would try to get them out by just cleaning. Instead of asking for an extra fee immediately, he washed the rug 3 times, couldn't get the stain out, and then called me to come in and show me what the damage looked like. I wanted to hang a large silk rug on the wall. Farhad did a wonderful job of sewing a sleeve on the back of the rug without any stiching showing through to the front.
