I have been using Heritage for years for rug cleaning. Farhad is so kind and you can see he genuinely cares for his customers. They always go above and beyond with what they offer and the prices are reasonable.
Fabulous rugs, of every size and shape. And the owner couldn’t be nicer, and knows everything about the rugs, including how to repair them; he can fix a hole in a rug and you won’t be able to see where it was when he’s done. I recommend this place to all my friends.
They did an amazing job cleaning our handmade silk Persian rugs. We had a few that needed deep cleaning, and they came back looking brand new! Honestly, we were blown away. Farhad of Heritage Oriental Rugs was quite helpful with accomplishing pick up, cleaning and return of two of our difficult to clean rugs. One of the rugs was a sisal with a large water stain. My general understanding was that natural fiber rugs had to be replaced, but they did a fantastic job of cleaning it. Great respect was made with moving furniture around and they were timely with the cleaning and fair with the pricing.
