THIS ORAL SURGEN DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS!!! They just care about money and are sketchy as HELL!!! I need my widow teeth out URGENTLY (all 4 are impacted) and I made an appointment with them. I started off extremely antsy and honestly miserable leading up to my appointment. The anticipation was getting to me, and I was so nervous about the procedure and recovery. But from the moment I walked in, the staff did an amazing job of keeping me calm and reassuring me. They explained everything to me in detail and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. Staff was incredibly kind and made me feel more comfortable when going under! Kept my mind off of what was happening by asking questions about me!
Been both places, Palmdale and Santa Clarita,staff is awesome. I had Dr. Ramsay couldn’t have asked for a better doctor very sure of himself and very confident makes you feel very comfortable I was his last patient of the day and that was around 4 o’clock in the afternoon and he still had a big smile. Great experience
