My husband and I have a service contract with Heritage Oil, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. The customer service is excellent. Everyone who has come out for deliveries and cleanings has been- not only professional, but also kind and patient. As new homeowners we had a lot of questions that the servicemen always took the time to answer. We had a heat pump stop working in the middle of the night and Mark was at our door within the hour to check things out- at 2 AM!! I have called the owner to get his opinion on some chim... read more
