Just wanted to state my appreciation for Rob the Deficiency Coordinator. I reached out about some issues I was having with my Steel case Gesture and Rob very attentively listened with a genuine desire to help. Not only did he do everything in his power to solve my problems but he went above and beyond. Very grateful for his help. My dealings with Heritage Office Furnishings are limited, but so far I’m very pleased. Not sure if I’ve ever had a better experience with a company’s customer service.

The best customer service I’ve ever experienced! I was looking for a new office chair and wanted to try Steelcase, which led me to Heritage Office Furnishings. Although they primarily work with businesses, they also sell to individuals, so I booked an appointment with Dominik. During my first visit, Dominik walked me through the different models and adjustments. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind.
