I recently bought a steelcase chair. Did not get the color I was expecting. Tried reaching out to resolve the issue but was ghosted. There's a LOT of entitlement on job sites, but none more than these guys. The rest of us on a site try and work together, but Heritage installers come on site and act like God's gift to commercial construction, which is somewhat amusing considering it takes as much intelligence to assemble IKEA furniture as it does to do their job.
Needs appointment to view furniture But sales rep pr sales vp never answer the call. Or website inquiries. Can't see the products!
