Before buying Steelcase I did a fairly exhaustive search of alternatives in Vancouver. I went to other showrooms, including Herman Miller, and none of them had remotely the level of service that Valeria provides. The whole process at Heritage is much more professional and enjoyable. Combined with a superior product, it's no wonder people choose Steelcase over the competition!

Bought a Steelcase Karmen high back chair from Valeria at Heritage - really appreciate the great service and faster than expected delivery. It’s early for a review of the chair - but first impressions are very positive.

I found this place looking to try out Steelcase chairs. Initially I was annoyed that I had to schedule an appointment to try them out. Very unconventional and I was worried it was part of a sketchy high pressure sales funnel. However within 10 minutes of arriving the appointment system made sense. This is not like browsing the office chairs section of Staples. Steelcase chairs have a lot of adjustment options that I have never seen before on a chair and I would not have known they existed unless I had someone to walk me thro... read more

Took an afternoon to go to this store, paid for parking, and got to the door only to find it's open "by appointment only." Not even anyone in sight of the door with whom one could make an appointment. So, you must engage via website first and then add another deadline to your day, but the message is really that they aren't interested in retail customers looking for single items. They are after business-to-business sales of whole office suites. Glad it's working for them, though it did not help me with my search for something... read more
