I absolutely love them, until they didn't listen. Terrible allergies with my pup, and they kept pushing high priced drugs that did not work. Unfortunately, I've had to seek a different vet.
Heritage Oaks gets a 5 star from us! We have been taking our cat and dog to them for a few years now. We recently went in for an annual exam and all the staff was friendly and handled our fur babies with so much love and care. Today we went in to get our dog checked for an injury. Staff once again was AMAZING! We dropped her off so she could have xrays done. When they were finished they gave me a call and explained everything in detail. Heritage Oaks has been the best clinic for my pack. Kelly, the receptionist, provides exceptional customer service for all of my dogs. She is highly knowledgeable, extremely efficient, and a wonderful multi-tasker. She does everything with a smile and positive attitude, even if customers are being rude. The veterinary technicians do a thorough job explaining everything to me, before taking my dogs back for their visit and/or shots.
