Clean atmosphere and very welcoming staff.. Dr V and her staff are amazing..
Mr. Ollie Corgi has been coming here since they opened and they treated him well .Very clean, well run facility. Dr Velchez and her assistant were extremely kind , caring, and calm . At end of life they were exceptionally respectful . I wish I could have expressed how impressed I was with the whole experience but I was too sad to have much conversation. So unless you enjoy someone taking full control and not listening to you or TRULY caring about your pet, stay away from this place. Have an established medicine for your dog and want to continue it? Well if they don't "have a relationship" with the provider then kiss that goodbye. Why would a dr dig so hard in about not using a provider they no nothing about but refer you to another provider? I absolutely love them, until they didn't listen. Terrible allergies with my pup, and they kept pushing high priced drugs that did not work. Unfortunately, I've had to seek a different vet.
Heritage Oaks gets a 5 star from us! We have been taking our cat and dog to them for a few years now. We recently went in for an annual exam and all the staff was friendly and handled our fur babies with so much love and care. Today we went in to get our dog checked for an injury. Staff once again was AMAZING! We dropped her off so she could have xrays done. When they were finished they gave me a call and explained everything in detail.
