Was visiting with a friend who just moved there. Lovely homes. Backyards have a common area with walking paths. Some residents fence off their backyards while others leave them open. Quiet neighborhood with wildlife. Lots of birds and even a deer was roaming one morning while I was sitting on the patio drinking coffee.
We used their clubhouse for our wedding. BEAUTIFUL venue for an awesome price. We had a pretty low budget, but the stone and wood floors in this venue made our wedding look like a $100k wedding! However, we had many issues with the venue contact. She is nice at first, but if you choose not to use the services for her side business (rental/wait staff company), then all of the things she claimed would come with the venue (i.e. certain vases and other decor) suddenly come with some random fee.
