I love partnering with Heritage Oaks. Scott and Kelly are awesome. This community is warm and inviting. They provide quality care and treat their residents with dignity and respect.
There is also a serious lack of support and training. New employees are thrown in with minimal guidance and then blamed when mistakes happen. There is no real leadership, just supervisors who point fingers instead of helping and send out repeating messages with no actions following. Overall, this job felt unstable, unprofessional, and draining. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be respected, properly trained, and safely supported, this is not it.
