Poor quality care and administrative placement for new patients. Check the State of Texas, recent inspections to confirm. Very high turnover of employees. I found several night shift nurses, sleeping at the main desk on their shift, as well as CNA’s asleep in their chairs. The dr on staff uses NP’s. Very seldom, a MD assesses the patient, in person.
If you are looking for quality care and excellent customer service, look no further. Heritage Oaks has staffing ratios on average of 1:12 to ensure we give the attention our residents deserve. Hands down we are the best but don’t take my word; come see for yourself. Our doors are ALWAYS open.

This place has been a God send. The day we had to pick a nursing home from a list and nothing to go by except our own research was so difficult. I am so thankful we went with our heart. The entire staff is amazing. The nurses go out of their way to make pickle line mom feel extra special. They truly are angels on earth
My grandmother is doing AWESOME here! She is eating, walking, talking, smiling, and happy. Praising and thanking God!
