Heritage Villas advertises as " Luxury" Apartments and tenants pay luxury apartment rent. This could really be a comfortable living choice for seniors. It has a quiet location and with some modernization and TLC it could be beautiful. Unfortunately, my mother is a tenant who is not receiving luxury maintenance/repair service. The "owners" have changed the leasing policy so that tenants cannot call in a service request.
