I recently relocated to the area and have been exploring local nail spas. Unfortunately, my experience at Heritage Nail Spa was disappointing. I scheduled an appointment for two people, hoping to enjoy both a manicure and pedicure. The appointment was at 5:30PM on Thursday; store closes at 7PM. The pedicure was passable, though we were not given time to properly soak our feet beforehand, which felt rushed and incomplete. This is my favorite nail salon to go to & Amy is just the best!! The atmosphere is relaxing & the nail techs always do a great job!!

My boyfriend gave me a gift certificate for my bday and I was excited to finally use it. Unfortunately, I had the most uncomfortable and rude treatment by Hanh, the nail technician. She did not smile, say hello, nor did she say anything as I was trying to make light conversation. From the start, the vibes were off. I didn’t know what to expect as it’s my first time getting my nails done here, but they came out gorgeous!! I showed the nail tech the inspo pictures and they look identical. Very pleased. (Although I went with my mom and she got a pedicure and said it wasn’t that great.)
