Am I suppose to pay $50.10 cents for a regular gel nails with the worse flowers I ever seen? I was there for a $20 service plus $7 for the flowers, totally different from what I asked for today and ended up with a $50 bill. This is absurd, my nails were done is 15 min and it looks horrible. The lady did not clean around my nails and also has a lot of spaces missing nail polish. Looks like when my child paint my nails. I am very disappointed with their service. I want my money back. Haley did a nice job on my nails using an original powder-dip method - no short cuts. The spa is large, full-service, and lovely. Yes, it cost a few dollars more to go there compared to the small, family businesses. Today was my first visit but I plan to go back!

Heritage nails always does a fantastic job! Sophie specifically, did a great job at taking her time repairing my broken nails and beautifully painting them.

I have been coming to Heritage Nail Spa Of Wake Forest for about seven years and the customer service is always first class. I know most of the ladies and they all give such great service. The salon is aesthetically pleasing and has a calm, soothing environment. I highly recommend you visit. You will be a repeat customer!
