I have used the services of Heritage Mountain for the past 2 years. This well run family business is amazing. They are focused on the needs of the customer and will give honest evaluations of your furnace and do not try to up sell you. In 2024 Jesse and Josh replaced my aging hot water tank and serviced my furnace. Brad troubleshooted a problem with my thermostat and came back on a couple of occasions to try and resolve an issue, that relates to a cold wall that the thermostat is hardwired in. Highly recommend Heritage Mountain! Frances made the booking process super easy with convenient text reminders of our appointment. Brad came out to help us with our dinosaur of a furnace. He was friendly, knowledgeable and discovered a major issue. He made sure everything was safe for us before he left and had quotes for replacements sent to us the same day. If your looking for a professional, reliable and local business to support, Heritage Mountain is the best!
