Highly recommended. We contacted Heritage Mountain for a furnace inspection around 5 pm and a technician responded right away, saying the office would contact us in the morning. The office actually called me back within five minutes and were able to schedule a visit for the very next morning. Josh arrived on time and was extremely professional. He explained the issue clearly and offered his advice without any pressure. I would definitely call them again if needed and recommend them to everyone.
This company has come to my rental home twice, sent by my property manager. The first time they came to service a gas fireplace. They advised that it needed a new gas valve and they didnt make that particular valve any more, so I would need to buy a new fireplace For around $5000. I felt this was suspicious so I contacted my own gasfitter and explained the situation.
