After having my car for two entire months after cashing the insurance check, they failed to repair my car. Upon receiving my car back the following sensor lights were on, that were not on prior to them picking my car up: - Transmission malfunction - ACC and Audi Braking Guard: Unavailable - Audi Active Lane Assist Unavailable: No camera view - Front Right Side Marker Light Error I specifically asked that they “DO NOT” put any aftermarket’s parts on my car. Heritage Motorcars of Byram was amazing! When using other service centers, it is usually an unpleasant experience taking your car in for repairs... especially when you’re a woman that’s unfamiliar with the ins and outs of automobiles and you don't know the trustworthiness of the shop, what they quote, if you really need all the work done they say you do, etc. I can tell you from the first phone call to Heritage Motorcars to picking up the car, it was an awesome experience.
